Terms of Service

Unique Luxury Car Brokers & Consulting, LLC provides vehicle locating, negotiation, and purchase coordination services on behalf of the client. We are not a dealership and do not sell vehicles.

Service fees are flat, quoted in advance, and payable before work begins. Fees cover professional representation and effort; they are not contingent on a specific purchase price or savings amount.

Final purchase decisions, financing approvals, and contract execution remain solely with the client. Third-party dealership and lender terms are outside our control.
